In Store Pickup

Here's How It Works

Selecting In-Store Pickup at Checkout

  • Add any in-stock item to your cart. The quantity available for in-store pickup at your selected dealership will be shown for each item.
  • Click "My Cart" to view the items in your cart and then select "Proceed to Checkout" when you're ready to finish your purchase.
  • Select "Pickup" and verify that the correct Rush Truck Centers location is shown.
  • Complete your purchase and wait for your confirmation email.
  • Your order should be ready within 1–2 hours. Head to your Rush Truck Centers location and proceed to the parts counter.

What to Bring with You to the Dealership

Only the person who placed the order can pick it up. Please bring the following items with you when you head to the dealership:

  • Digital or print copy of your order confirmation
  • Valid state-issued photo I.D., such as your Driver's License, State ID, Military ID, Permanent Resident Card or Border Crossing Card

Is every item eligible for in-store pickup?

Only items in stock at your selected Rush Truck Centers dealership are eligible for in-store pickup. The quantity available for in-store pickup at your selected dealership will be shown for each item in your cart.

If an item in my cart is not available at the dealership I selected, can I check for availability at other Rush Truck Centers locations?

Yes. If an item is not available at your selected dealership, simply navigate to "My Store" at the top of your screen and select another Rush Truck Centers location in your area to check availability.

What are the hours for your parts departments?

Parts department hours will vary be location. Use our
to find the parts hours for your nearest Rush Truck Centers location.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

You will have seven days from the date your order was placed to pick up your items at the dealership. Orders not picked up within seven days will be canceled and returned to stock.

How do I cancel or return my in-store pickup order?

Our RushCare Customer Support Team can assist you with canceling or returning an in-store pickup order during business hours. Our team is available via Live Chat Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.
